Kingston COVID-19 Assessment Centre

Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC) is using Eventbrite, a third party tool, to book a time for COVID-19 testing at the COVID-19 Assessment Centre. KHSC has no affiliation with Eventbrite.

About booking a COVID-19 test:

• One person can book up to four (4) timeslots.
• New timeslots will be made available every 2 days.
• You can also book an appointment by calling the Assessment Centre directly at 613-548-2376; phones will be answered from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM daily.

On your appointment day and time:

• Please arrive on time for your booked test. The COVID-19 Assessment Centre is located at 51 Heakes Lane (Beechgrove Complex). Look for the green “COVID-19 Assessment Centre” signage.
• Please bring confirmation of your email booking with you to the appointment.
• You are required to bring your health card or a piece of photo identification.
• You will be assessed to determine if you meet the criteria to be swabbed.
• Give yourself one hour to complete the testing process.

Privacy and Use of Eventbrite:

• KHSC is using a third-party tool, Eventbrite, to book appointments for COVID-19 testing at the Kingston COVID-19 Assessment Centre.
• By using this tool you are agreeing to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cookie Statement of Eventbrite. The data you enter into Eventbrite will be stored on servers in countries other than Canada. These countries (including the United States) may not necessarily have data protection laws as comprehensive or protective as those in Canada; however, Eventbrite’s storage and use of your Personal Data will at all times continue to be governed by their Privacy Policy.
• To protect your privacy, do not use your social media (Facebook, etc.) to connect to Eventbrite when booking a timeslot to make sure this event will not be published.
• A parent or guardian is required to book an assessment timeslot on behalf of children under the age of 16 years. Do not enter the information for your child under the age of 16 years. As the parent or guardian, you must enter your name and email address on Eventbrite when booking.
• If you do not wish to book your appointment through Eventbrite, please contact the Assessment Centre by phone using the information above.
